Revisions and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to address any issues and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge, provided the concerns are related to our workmanship.

Conditions for Revisions

Revisions are available when:

  • The issue is related to our repair work
  • You contact us within the specified timeframe
  • The garment has not been altered or damaged after our service
  • The original repair request was clearly communicated

Limitations

Please note that:

  • We cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that was not part of the original repair request
  • Revisions may not be possible if the garment has been significantly altered after our service
  • Some repairs may have limitations based on fabric condition or original construction

Refund Policy
